UV Monitor Control Box
There an extensive line of UV Control Units, covering a wide range of UV germicidal lamps. Selecting the correct controller is essential to the UV Sterilizer system as the Ultra-Violet performance is dependent on the interaction between the UV-C lamp and control unit. An electronic UV Monitor Controller is an important component on a UV Disinfection System because gas discharge devices, such as germicidal lamps, are inherently unstable. The Industrial UV Water Sterilisers are equipped with a UV Controller that monitors the working status, faults and working hours of the UV Germicidal Lamp or UV Lamps.

Our UV Control Monitors are equipped with a Digital or Analogue UV Intensity Meter, the Digital UV Meter allows the system to be monitored remotely.  
The UV Monitor Control Box visually indicates the level of ultraviolet germicidal energy that penetrates the quartz sleeve and water within the UV Sterilizer System. The UV Controller can detect issues with the UV levels commonly caused by:
 
 
Fouling or deposits on the quartz sleeve
Poor UV transmission through water due to interference from colours, turbidity, organics and other contaminants found in feed water.
End of lamp life, general wear on components or electrical irregularities.
Depreciation of UV Lamps output due to use (lamps gradually depreciate with use).
